Considering the need of Societies, AALEKH ASSOCIATES has started Training Programme for Society Administrative Manager. Which in a result to serve the society administrative work.

We provide / recruite Managerial / Admin Services/Personels as per Society requirement to achieve smooth day to day working of the Society.

Full Time / Part Time : Society Manager : [Male / Female]

Scope of Work

  • Manage all Society Statutory records
  • Manage all Society members Individual records.
  • Filing of all society records.
  • Co-ordination with Society Accountant
  • Society correspondance & follow ups with BMC/Adani Ele.
  • Manage all Society Contractors AMC's and contracts
  • Co-ordinate with Committee members
  • Manage Members queries related to accounts & others matters
  • Deposition of Statutory Bills to the respective authorities
  • Maintain Society office up-to-date as per members instruction
  • Manage important correspondance with BMC/Builder/Electrical Dept,
  • Registrar of Socities and any other related authorities
  • Keep records/minutes of Managing Committee Meetings & Annual Meetings
  • Preperation of all Debit/Credit payments & receipt vouchers.
  • Any other work assigned by Managing Committee as per their requirement
